So here are the Frequently Ask Questions (FAQs) I received and answered.
- Question: I cannot see Payment Management or Statement of Premium Account (SPA) what shall I do?
- Answer: Payment Management is designed for self-employed individuals. So possibly you are under employed or does not belong to category V. All you need to do is to visit your nearest PhilHealth Office or email them using PhilHealth official website.
- Question: I cannot generate SPA and I need to update monthly income what shall I do?
- Answer: Please visit your nearest PhilHealth Office or email them using PhilHealth official website
- Question: What is the official email address of PhilHealth?
- Answer: You may visit their official website and search for your corresponding region by visiting their official website.
- Question: I haven’t paid my PhilHealth contribution, what shall I do? Do I need to pay the 5 years?
- Answer: No, you just need to pay the recent months or if you want to avail the benefits you need to pay at least a total of nine (9) monthspremium contributions within the immediate twelve (12)- month period prior to the first day of confinement. The twelve (12)- month period is inclusive of the confinement month.
- Question: Can I pay thru GCash in employers account?
- Answer: You need to contact your nearest PhilHealth Office on this issue. As an employer you have a different log in method
- Question: How long will it take before my payment be posted to my account?
- Answer: 2-3 working days

Wala pa pong mobile app ang PhilHealth this time. You can check your record po using PhilHealth Member’s portal. Pag gusto niyo po iupdate ang account niyo, you can email Philhealth. pakipanood po video ko sa youtube on how to pay philhealth using GCash

Gusto ko maghulog contribution ko thru Gcash.may payment management na po ako..kaso wala po ako gcah account..pwede po ba na gcash account nala ng ng kapatid ko gamitin ko?
As long as may consent po ng GCash account owner, need po kase ng MPIN. If siya po mag enter ng MPIN ala po prob. Pero much better to create your own GCash account super bilis lang po.
Hello nag bayad kasi last last week sa philhealth pina update ko nadin as voluntary ang binayaran ko e 1800 lang july-dec2021. E manganganak po ngayon march 2022. Pag po ba nag bayad ako thru gcash ng jan-march. Pano po mdr non? Need ko po kasi mdr pag nanganak po ako.
