I got an error, Paypal error (11601): An error (11601) Occurred While processing Your Paypal payment, when I connected Woocommerce to my blog and did my testing on my shop.
So I searched the PayPal solution on this and I found that the Issue is “PayPal returned API error code 11601: Request for billing address failed”.
PayPal Solution:
Requesting customer’s billing address is available only when vetted and approved for use of this feature. Contact PayPal’s Customer Service to discuss enabling the Request Billing Address option on your PayPal account.
Our Solution:
The Require Billing Address Check box should be uncheck and everything goes smoothly. You do not need to contact PayPal’s Customer Service.
