As explore the online world today, I discovered that “Money Online” is real. Yes! You can earn money online. This blogsite and my YouTube channel give me additional income aside from my day time work.
It takes time like years before this blog has been monetised and before my YouTube channel has been earning pretty well also.
This is the main reason why I go back to writing and edit my travel videos. It eats ups some of my time but it paid me well also.
I searched online this year, 2026 and some articles say that blogging is no longer work but when I keep updating this blog, my Google Adsense earning goes up. For those who do not know Google Adsense; it is the one who puts ads on this website and it is owned by Google. Every time somebody visits this website, Google will put ads on it and if someone clicks the ad, I will earn from eat and it pays me also on page views.
If you want to discover the power of passive income online, you may consider building your own website as a hobby like what I am doing. Or if you love videos and video editing, you can consider uploading videos on YouTube. Take note that the earning on blog and on YouTube is totally separate and different. Though my GoogleAdsense is only one, both this blog and my YouTube channel earn separately.
Earning from Google Adsense using this blog and my YouTube channel has a threshold of $150. Meaning I need to reach $150 Singapore dollars before Google send money to my bank account. And this blog and my YouTube channel has a separate way, so from time to time I need to update both YouTube and this blog always.
