I have something to share to all the owner of remittance companies in which an individual can send money online without queuing. Normally, some remittance company here in the Philippines still want someone to go to their office to pay for the remittance in a cash basis.
With the advent of technological change, I would suggest to use a credit/debit card, Paypal, Paymaya, GCash and the likes.
Recently, I tried to send money to my friend who are working in Saudi Arabia using Western Union. I am so grateful because there is an online way to send money abroad here in the Philippines. But when I am trying to finish the transaction, I’m quite disappointed because I need to go to the outlet to pay my transaction. I also tried to search on Google and Youtube how to send money using Western Union. There are actually steps but at the end, there is no option where I can pay using credit/card, GCash, Paymaya, or even PayPal.
My suggestion is if they will improve their service using cashless, I think it will be easier for the sender to send money wherever they are in the world.
We are thankful to all remittance company for this pandemic for your help to all people in the world. With your help and service, everyone can enjoy easy way of sending money worldwide.
