How to find happiness in chaotic world?

There are more things to be grateful than to focus attention into a non-sense bad or evil moment. With the advent of technology where everything is easy, a lot of people seek happiness and peace nowadays.

Whether you like it or not, TV News and Online News normally deliver news that are not really helping people when we talk about positivity.

So how you can cope and equip yourself to be positive and to be happy?

Yes. This planet is still full of abundance and good things; billions of people, infinite number of trees, grass, stones, houses, fishes, and a lot of more. There are a lot of forest and green lands. There are a lot of solutions over the internet where you can search and apply to make your life meaningful and enjoyable.

Moreover, there are many faith-based books such as Bible, Power of Positive Thinking, and a lot of more, where you can find ways to rewire and renew your mind.

Another method that I can share to you is mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation is one of the best tools and techniques used by Psychiatrist to heal depressed people. Like me, mindfulness meditation helps me to cope-up with stress, anxiety and depression.

Mindfulness helps people to live in the present. It helps your mind to pay attention in the present moment and hopefully you will enjoy it.

You can go out and look for the nearest park where nature is present. Appreciate the trees, grasses, flowers and all the good things of the nature. This will give your emotion more positive.

Another thing you can do is to cultivate positive thoughts and break the habit of negative thinking. The easy way you can do it to let go of thoughts that are not empowering you. Just be mindful of thoughts of success and thoughts that add value to yourself. You can just practice it by being aware and not judging or reacting to your thoughts. It is just thought!

Little change will eventually big as soon as you focus on the good things.

Moreover, if you have relationship problems, just let go and ignore negative people. Whether they are family members, relatives, wife or husband, and the like. Keep the stillness and keep the attitude of not being bitter but being better.

As the day goes by you can see that you are glowing and be happier than ever.
