BDO introduces ATM withdrawal using fingerprint scanners, face recognition, and QR code scanners for a cardless and more secured banking transactions.
You can use QR Code generation using your BDO Mobile app.
But on this article, I will tell you the step-by-step procedure on how to withdraw money from any BDO ATMs using fingerprint if the ATM has a biometric scanner such as fingerprint or face recognition. Normally the finger print scanners are located at the left side of the machine, near the numeric key pad.
Here are the steps you need follow which I got from one of their ATMs here in Batangas City. If you are afraid to do it, do not worry the machine will guide you you all throughout the whole transaction.
1.) Tap Card Cardless Transaction and Choose Withdrawal
2.) Select Account Type. Normally the choices are savings or current account.
3.) Enter your identification info. *
4.) Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw.
5.) Tap Fingerprint, then place your finger on the fingerprint scanner.
* Account number, mobile number, email, or name must match BDO branch records
