There is a good side of criticism.
If you will the word criticism, we will understand it as negative. But the reality is it is positive if it’s constructive. Actually it’s objective. For example you criticise someone who is very loud voice. That criticism can be changed. It is open for improvement.
The contrast of that is being judgmental. Being judgmental is closed. Like if you tell to someone that his height is very short. He cannot change his height.
So criticism is fine in such a way that you will help someone to make him or her better.
If ever you meet someone, have a good critism instead of being judgmental.
This is part of being mindful of what comes to our mind. Being mindful is one characteristics of a successful person.
