I cannot contain the joy and excitement on how this blog is growing. There is a small growth on my earnings. From S$2, now I got S$3.87 dollars daily.
I believe that there is a real abundance on this planet but only few people discovered it. It is like searching for gold or diamond. You need to see light and treasures will come out.
When I was starting to create this blog, I spend a lot of my money to recreate the lay out because sometimes I am not contented with the appearance and how it looks like.
I need to be honest; I get envy with some bloggers who earn a lot and have their appearance so elegant. I know that envy is a negative emotion. To alter this emotion, I decided to do mindfulness meditation.
When I am practicing mindfulness, that envy changed into admiration. I admire writers who wrote their experience very well and how they became a very successful blogger.
Being young in blogging, I write all my life experiences and how technology helps in our today’s world. I learn how to edit my own stories and ask help from my classmates in Master’s degree. Everything is on my own. Because I believed that no man is an island, I ask help from others with what content can I write and with what improvement can I apply to this blog.
When blogging has been introduced by my classmate in my Master’s degree, I do not know how I can really earn. But I do not lose hope and believing that someday, Google Adsense will approve my application.
Blogspot was the platform that I used before I created this website in WordPress. Indeed, the choice of platform helped me to continue this small business startup. For me blogging has an important and meaningful role on the internet; I would say that I consider blogging as a social entrepreneurship. This is because, we bloggers created an impact to be honest in our article and answer most of the questions of many people all over the world.
Having your own website is not easy at first. But along the way, I fall in love with it so much especially when traffic goes up and many readers are commenting to your website. Those positive emotion are immeasurable and priceless.
This blog daily earnings now are almost double. I am so grateful with the result of hard work that I did to make this blog successful. It is a small victory as an IT professional but helping people is a great enjoyment and achievement. It gives me more wisdom, understanding, passion, and purpose in life.
I believe that there are more good things ahead on this blog. There will be more improvement and development plus my dream to create my own online e-commerce store and a book that can help a lot of people all over the world.
