Here’s our Part 2 of Learning How to be Happy:
 
21.) Talk To Someone – Talking to someone gives you comfort. It cultivates openness. Sometimes all you need to do is to talk to a friend, a close relative, a sister or brother, or your Mom or Dad. Do not be shy to speak out and talk whatever you feel. This will not only building relationships but also improving your mood.
 
22.) Have a Sport – Physical activies will help you to make your mood up. Moreover, you can meet people with the same interest.
 
23.) Get enough Exercise – Move! Have some exercise. Do some jogging and running. Exercise is a proven effective to release endorphins which make you feel good.
 
24.) Get out of your Comfort Zone – We are all unlimited. Sometimes it is just in our mind that we feel limited. In reality, we are infinite being and going out of your comfort zone is one of best thing you can do to be happy. It will give you freedom and liberty. Take a little risk from time to time until it becomes big.
 
25.) Travel – Travel is good for our soul. It gives you a great experience in life. In my experience, it makes me feel happy. I can eat other food which I haven’t eat before. I have a chance also to meet other traveller and I am learning more.
 
26.) Smile – Smiling is also one way of releasing endorphins. It gives you optimism and create a better ambience in a certain situation.
 
27.) Eat well – Eat good food. It does not only make you feel better but also gives your body enough nourishment.
 
28.) Sleep well – This is my favourite. I love sleeping. It makes me feel happy and invigorate. According to research, 8 hours of sleep is good for you to repair tissues that has been damaged within the day. On my experience, I sleep more than 8 hours when I do not have work.
 
29.) Laugh Often – Aside from smiling, laughter often will surely makes you happy. Laugh out loud as many times as you want. Remember laughter is the best medicine.
 
30.) Watch Comedy Movies – Comedy movies will surely make you laugh. Try to eat popcorn and a good drinks as well.
 
31.) Fake it – Sometimes you need to fake it to be happy until such time it becomes a habit. Positive action can become an effective habit soon.
 
32.) Be friendly – Being friendly will not just make you at ease with other people but it is also building relationships. It makes you alive build also compassion.
 
33.) Find Happiness in Every Situation – look for happiness in everything you do and every situation. Once you found it, happiness will follow you.
 
34.) Do a deep Breathing – Deep Breathing can help you to calm and makes you positive. Try to do deep breathing in a peaceful place for just 10-15 minutes. Add more as you go along. This will help you remove bad thoughts and turn everything to happiness.
 
35.) Be Stress Free – Stress is part of our life but do not be comsumed by stress. Learn to manage and release it. Stress is not good to us; so be stress free. Do not allow it. Do something.
 
36.) Forgive yourself and Forgive Others – Unforgiveness makes you entertain poison to your life. Forgiveness releases bad feelings. It not actually benefited to the person who did you bad but it releases the bitterness from yourself.
 
37.) Money Cannot buy Happiness – Money is part of our life but it cannot buy happiness. On the other hand with money you can be generous to give to others. Being generous will make you happy. 
 
38.) Declutter – Clear your thought to make it more positive in life. Aside from thought, cleaning your room or house or your desk in the office can make clarity and good ambience on your place. Good ambience can feel you better. 
 
39.) Stay away from Negative People – Do not allow negative people ruin your day or life. Stay away from them. Do not allow your inner circle to be contaminated by negative people. 
 
40.) Ask Help from a Professional – If you applied the 39 ways above and does not make you feel happy, I would advise you to seek help from a professional. It can be a psychologist or psychiatrist. 
 
Life is a choice, choose to be happy and be wise. Let go and let God and make it a habit to release and be joyful always. Look for an everlasting goodness of life. Be good and good will follow you.
