1.) Less Stress. Stress is everywhere. Whether you are into business, into corporate or an employee, or into ministry, or a leader or anyone who do nothing. There are always stressors. It is on how you manage your stress.

Stress is created by your mind. It comes from the tension within your relationship, from your work, or from something or someone that gives pressure to you.

The best solution to cope up stress is mindfulness . It has no side effects. It is all natural.

2.) Learn To Say No. Learning to say to “NO” to anyone can give you limitation or boundaries of what you can give and what you cannot give. Saying NO means YES for some better opportunities. It will give you more focus on what is more important in your life and good for your personal sanity.

3.) Exercise. Daily exercise for about 15-30 minutes a day can boost your energy especially physical well-being. It can be a short walk or a jogging within your area. It does not have to be a heavy workout. A light exercise will really help you to regulate your emotion as well.

4.) Eat Healthy. Healthy foods are a good way to enjoy and maintain a constant energy. It is not only eating healthy but also it should be moderate as well.

5.) Sleep Well. Having enough sleep makes you more alert and energetic. According to study 6-8 hours is enough but it will always depend on yourself which one really helps you. A regular time to sleep and regular time to wake up will surely give you sharpness on your mind and repair all the tissues that have been used throughout the day. Having a good sleep is also a good source of happiness.

6.) Drink Water regularly. This is a must for you. Your body needs more liquid to make flush toxins, make your skin younger and makes you hydrated. Water is better than most of the energy drink available in the market. Energy drink normally contains sugar. Too much sugar is not good for your health.

7.) Remove Vices. Alcohol is good when your intake is moderate. If you are into smoking, you should stop smoking. If you cannot stop it now, better to consult a doctor or seek professional help. Stop gambling and other evil things that could harm your relationship and your life.

8.) Think Positive. Thinking positively will make your life lighter. It gives you more life. There is a saying that your life depends on what you think. Another quote to remember is a “A negative mind cannot give you a positive life”.

9.) Love Yourself. You cannot give what you do not have. Your first priority is filling your cup until it runs over. That is the best time to share to others.

10.) Be Spiritual. Connect to your God. If you do not believe in God, connect to someone of something that you are happy with like music, art, etc. But I believe that all of us are spirit and divine being experiencing life on Earth. If you believe in God, pray and connect to God by reading the scriptures in whatever religion you belong.
