Everyone wants to be successful, but only few do some action. Everyone wants victory but only few do their part to attain the life they want to achieve.
In life, it is our commitment to choose the path we want to live. Yes, when God created man, He gave the free will to each of us. You may ask, why do some people are poor while other are rich. Some are born rich already but others are born poor.
Based on that statement, everything is within the power of choice. There are some poor people who won the lottery, became rich and became bankrupt. There are also other stories that rich family went bankrupt when the father died.
Have you heard the story of the John Gokongwei Jr, the owner of Universal Robina Corporation, Cebu Pacific, JG Summit Holdings, and Robinsons Corporation? His success story is he was from rich, then became poor, and became rich again. Gokongwie Jr is one of the top richest men in the Philippines.
It is his determination to win despite all the odds when his father died that made him successful in life.
Another story that I want to share is Oprah Winfrey story. She was abused by a cousin, by a family friend and her uncle. But her willingness to attain success gave her the independence, fame, prosperity, and victorious life in our present time.
How to have a victorious life?
Having a victorious life is an attitude and a mindset. As the bible says on Proverbs 23:7, “A man thinks, So He is”.
Your victorious life is in your hand, together with your faith and if you believe in God, together with God. It will always depend on the quality of your dominant thought.
Your dominant thought should be success, positive, good, noble, and true. It will be true to yourself, true to others, and true to society.
