I just want to share the success of this small blog site. Yes! This blog is earning $50/month now. Quite small compare with the big and well-known websites but for me a small steps will lead to a bigger victory.
My initial dream that I put on my vision board is $1,000 a month. That is enough for me and to my family.
As a Filipino we have a culture here in the Philippines to help our family members. We call it extended family ties. For others it is wrong but I did that for understanding that not all people think the same. When I do not have something to share, I directly telling my family especially my mother that at this time I cannot afford to give.
Let us go back to my $50 dollars a month earning.
How to earn $50 a month in blogging?
It took me a while to establish a successful blog site. Here are the things you need to consider when you are just starting.
1.) Just Write. Write and express yourself through your blog. You may share your belief, philosophy, principles, or any topic you want to share. If you love travel, then document your travel journey. If you love food, you may consider writing recipes or visit restaurants near you for a food review.
2.) Enjoy What You Are Doing. Just enjoy blogging. Actually, I am doing this as a hobby. I feel more positive when I am writing and sharing to the world how I feel and share other things where everyone can learn. Actually, the main model of this blog is to make a person better and to teach other people the know how in some areas such as technology, Youtube, blogging, Finance, and the likes. I just enjoying sharing stories I found online and what I learned from the books I read.
3.) Publish Article Consistently. As a blogger, your goal is to post or publish green and quality content in a consistent way. This will help Google to crawl more to your website and suggest your content when somebody is searching the web. If you can make it daily much better.
4.) Place Your Google Ads Strategically. For my entire journey in blogging, ad placement is an important part of having bigger earnings. When I include Google vignette, my earnings go up. Then I also turn on the Auto optimize. Auto optimize is suggested by Google Adsense. I just accepted it and automatically, they do their jobs.
5.) Know Your Audience. You should know your audience. You need to know the value you can provide for them. I believe that when you put value to others your life becomes more valuable. The reason why your audience go to your website because they need something good to make their lives meaningful and worthy.
Earning is so good in blogging but I am looking deeper unto it. I look primarily on what contribution I can give to this planet as part of making this world a better place to live (through blogging and writing) where positive life and enjoyment is present; where happiness and smile is the number priority in humanity.
