Earning money online is one of things that I am curious before. Actually, one of my classmates when I was taking up my Master’s degree in Information Systems told me that I should try blogging to earn money while I am on sleep.
I ask myself, is it possible?
This is totally different when I was studying in university. I need to study hard and after that work hard for other people and serve them to earn money and live. Then, I need to study more to be promoted. In the Philippines, majority of the organisations from public and private need to have Master’s degree and Doctorate to be promoted.
Is earning money online while I am asleep is real?
I was working as a Business Intelligence Analyst in Singapore when I decided to study how website works and how to earn money online while asleep. There are some websites that are majority located in USA which are earning million dollars. When I found out that idea, I became more excited to experiment and learn more about blogging.
I want to learn more and study more about ads placement on blog and affiliate marketing. Adding ads on blog is easy but you need to learn how to put ads on your article to earn more. In affiliate marketing, you need to have huge traffic on your website before a certain company that offering affiliate marketing accepted you to include links to your blog. That will be my plan as part of the second phase of this blog.
At first, I do not have any earning yet. I started this blog 2018. Then I push myself to focus on this blog during pandemic last year, 2021. Then suddenly June 2021, Google recognized one of my articles on which the traffic increases. Up to this time that I am writing this article the traffic is increasing daily. This gives me an inspiration to write more valuable content to my readers.
Most of my traffic are organic. But I still need use other platform to promote my article such as on Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook.
At this point of time my earnings are ranging from $2 to $5 daily. My big dream online is to earn at least $100 a day. That will be enough for all my expenses and to help my family.
The most rewarding part of writing in a blog like this is you can express yourself well, you can inspire and influence others for good, and of course you can earn money while you are sleeping. And it is real.
